Detroit Metropolitan Airport came to Ilium Associates wanting to update their traveler navigation systems. Featured below is one of my three concepts provided as Lead Designer, each of which included a unique user flow for the interactive wayfinding screen, a static map, and a status screen for their ExpressTram. Working directly with my Creative Director, we managed an in-depth user review of the passenger flow of the nearly mile-long concourse, analyzed what information is most relevant to fliers, and decided how best to relay the most pertinant information most efficiently.
