San Francisco International Airport engaged Ilium to update their wayfinding system. This included a holistic look at passenger movement, needs, and problem areas. My work on the user experience of the interactive screen, map design, static maps, and various other informational screens addressed the minutia of navigating a complicated international airport, as well as the diverse desires of a traveler.
